Charles Huebner is the CEO of Syng and former CEO of Jacuzzi Group Worldwide. Charles was CEO of DACOR, the luxury kitchen appliance manufacturer which was sold to Samsung. DACOR was Lateral’s first investment and portfolio company.

Charles was previously president and CEO of Wizards of the Coast, Inc., a unit of Hasbro, and later as Head of Worldwide Studios at Activision, the largest maker of electronic game software. He led US Operations for Westfield LLC, the world’s largest Real Estate Investment Trust.

Charles holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a bachelor’s degree from Hamilton College.
