Managing Director Casey Long

Casey Long is Managing Director at Lateral Investment Management. Casey supports all aspects of the investment activities of the fund. Prior to joining Lateral, Casey was an Associate at Fortress Investment Group, an investment fund with over $42 billion in assets under management. At Fortress, Casey worked within the Transportation and Infrastructure Private Equity team analyzing transactions throughout the U.S. Prior to joining Fortress, Casey was an investment banking analyst at J.P. Morgan where he focused on power, utilities, and alternative energy companies. 

Casey graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara. 

Casey enjoys the outdoors and spends his time away from the office hiking, skiing, or relaxing at the park. As an avid NBA fan, Casey is one of the few remaining Sacramento Kings supporters and consistently believes next year will be their year.
