CFO David Lin

David Lin is CFO and is responsible for finance and operations. Prior to joining Lateral, he was Chief Financial Officer at ASA Gold and Precious Metals Limited (ASA) from 2014 to 2019, where he oversaw financial reporting. Prior to joining ASA, he was Director of Finance for White Oak Global Advisors, LLC (WOGA) and Chief Financial Officer at White Oak Merchant Partners, LLC (WOMP). Previously, he spent four years at Ernst & Young, most recently as an Audit Manager in the Asset Management practice.

David is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California in Inactive Status. He received a B.A. in Economics from University of California, Berkeley.

David enjoys hiking and other outdoor activities with his family, playing basketball and cheering at his son’s baseball games.
