Director Anthony Cassano

Anthony Cassano is Director of Portfolio Operations, and is responsible for the finance and accounting for all Lateral Portfolio Companies. Anthony was previously Vice President at Greenway Health, a Portfolio Company of Vista Equity Partners, as well as several Finance Leadership roles at ACI Worldwide, a Publicly-Traded FinTech Company specializing in Payments Software with headquarters in Naples, FL.  Prior to ACI, Anthony was a Senior Manager of Finance at General Electric and held roles at three different GE Companies over a span of ~10 years – GE Lighting, GE Security, and GE Oil and Gas. Prior to General Electric, Anthony was a Senior Auditor at Ernest and Young.

Anthony is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Ohio in Active Status. He graduated from Baldwin-Wallace University and University of Notre Dame.

Anthony in his free time enjoys reading, exercising and rooting on his sons in High School Basketball and daughter in Cheer/Dance.  He is an avid fan of all Cleveland sports teams, numb to their usual failures & heartbreak but always optimistic about next year being “the year”.
