Managing Director Margret Hardardottir

Margret Hardardottir is Managing Director and is responsible for product development, strategy and fundraising. Prior to joining Lateral, Mags was the Director of Investor Relations at private equity real estate firm with $800 million in assets under management, focused on multi-family and senior housing strategies. Before that she worked at Bainbridge Capital, a middle-market M&A advisory firm based in La Jolla, California. She serves on the board of the Icelandic-American Chamber of Commerce.

Mags graduated from San Diego State University with a BSc in Business Administration, minoring in International Security and Conflict Resolution.

Mags enjoys the great outdoors in her home state of California, where she can frequently be found open water swimming and sparring her Muay Thai teammates on the beach.
