Bill Priemer is a member of the Board of Directors at Morae Global.

Bill Priemer served as president and chief executive officer of Hyland Software from 2013 to 2024, Bill spearheaded the software company’s growth into a global market leader with 4,000 employees, 14,000 customers, and more than $1 billion in annual revenue.

Bill joined Hyland in 1997 as vice president of marketing, becoming vice president of sales and marketing in 2001 and chief operating officer in 2005. Prior to joining Hyland, he held marketing roles at FedEx and sales roles at AST, a personal computer manufacturer.

Bill currently serves on the boards of Hyland, Morae Global, 7Signal, Delivered, Business Volunteers Unlimited, and University Hospitals.

Bill received a master’s degree in marketing from Northwestern University and undergraduate degrees from Boston College. He was born and raised in Northeast Ohio. While he has lived elsewhere and has traveled extensively, he is happy and proud to call the Cleveland area home.
