Klaus Besier served as President and CEO of SAP Americas & ANZ. During his tenure, he increased revenues from $50 million to $1 billion in fewer than five years, and has since led diverse enterprise software organizations to success through their most crucial phases of growth.

Klaus has led and advised over a dozen enterprise software organizations, collaborating with leaders to build and pursue the right vision, while expertly aligning with advisers and employees. As President and CEO of Firepond, he led the company through one of the most successful IPOs of 2000. As President and CEO of Neoware, he drove topline growth that led to a $300 million acquisition by Hewlett-Packard. As Chairman and CEO of RES Software, he led a European HQ company to accelerated growth through a successful entry to the U.S. market. Klaus has also guided transformations and transitions for ERT (acquired by Genstar), Seven Lakes Technologies (acquired by W Energy), Procurian (acquired by Accenture), Jibe (acquired by iCMS), and MavenLink (merged with Kimble, an Accel-KKR company). He advised SNP SE through their transition from services to software, and is currently on the board of Suvoda, a global clinical drug trial technology company that recently announced 30% year-over-year sales revenue growth.
