Senior Associate Jack Lothrop

Jack Lothrop is a Senior Associate and supports the investment activities of the fund. Prior to joining Lateral, Jack worked at GSV Ventures, an EdTech venture capital firm where he primarily focused on higher education and Indian companies. Prior to GSV, Jack began his career at BlackRock as an Analyst in the Private Equity Partners team.

Jack attended Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and graduated with honors in finance and in physics. At Emory, he was a Goizueta scholar and received a full-tuition academic merit scholarship.

Jack enjoys spending time outdoors on hikes and is an avid runner. He also enjoys painting with acrylics or watercolors and exploring local coffee shops.
