Investment Professional Tej Johnson

Tej Johnson supports Lateral’s deal origination activities for new platform investments and add-on acquisitions for existing portfolio companies. Previously, he led deal origination and business development for the Technology Practice at Sellside Group, a global M&A firm. Prior to that, Tej worked in the M&A practice at West Monroe Partners and began his career as an M&A Analyst of the year at Sellside Group.

Tej earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas. He is an Atlanta sports fan and enjoys water sports, travel, golf, basketball, and skiing.
