Jeff held a variety of roles at Ellie Mae running different parts of the sales organization with the final six years as SVP of Sales and Client Management until his retirement in 2020. Prior to that, he had two decades working in mortgage technology and half a dozen years operating as a mortgage banker.

Jeff Benjamin spent the majority of his career immersed in industry changing technology at firms in the financial services arena before joining mortgage FinTech Ellie Mae in 2001. Over his almost nineteen year tenure there, he developed the sales organization that grew annual revenue from under $10 million to over $1 billion. This included converting the sales team from selling on prem licensed software to a 100% SaaS ARR model. He is experienced in value based selling of complex solutions, integrating sales engineering with sales, building teams to drive cross sell and upsell with existing customers, territory as well as channel management, and, of course, building comp plans to drive behavior. He also has extensive experience in complex negotiations with SMB and Enterprise customers.

Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado Boulder.
