Regional Vice President, Sales Gian Craparo

Gian Craparo is a Regional Vice President of Sales and focuses on capital raising activities as our external wholesaler in the Independent Broker Dealer and RIA channels. Prior to joining Lateral, Gian served as the Senior Regional Director and Product Specialist for Hartman Capital markets where he was responsible for raising capital across their Reg D, NAV REIT and 1031 exchange platforms. Before joining Hartman, Gian was the external wholesaler for Resource Securities, where he distributed their non-traded REIT and real estate and private credit-based interval funds. Prior to Resource, Gian was a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch.

Gian earned his BSBA in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business and currently holds his FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.

In his free time, Gian enjoys playing golf, tennis and squash with his family.
