Jack Thrift has more than 25 years of experience in finance, accounting and operations. Jack was previously CFO of LOYAL3, a private equity-backed investment firm which is democratizing the IPO allocation process. Prior to Loyal3, he was COO and CFO of Merriman Holdings, a publicly traded investment banking firm and asset management firm. He was COO and Partner at White Oak Global Advisors, a private debt fund with current assets of $1.5 billion in assets under management focused on lending to middle market businesses. He served as partner and CFO of Pacific Growth Equities, a San Francisco-based investment banking and institutional brokerage firm. He also served as COO of Pacific Growth Equity Management, where he oversaw fund administration and accounting activities for hedge funds and venture funds. Prior to Pacific Growth, Thrift was CFO of Transnational Financial Network, a public mortgage banking firm. Jack started his career as a senior manager of assurance services at Deloitte & Touche, where he provided accounting and audit management to financial services clients.
